Orders

How to place an order?

You can order directly from our website by adding the desired items to your cart. You can order as a guest or by logging into your customer account, if you have one.

The payment process is simple, fast, and secure. Once your order is validated, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary.

Can I change/cancel my order?

Once the order is confirmed, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel it.

Delivery

What are the delivery times?

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is between 2 and 4 business days for mainland France, and between 4 and 8 business days for the rest of Europe. Delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods.

Can I track my package?

Yes, a tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Returns

What is your return policy?

In accordance with applicable law on distance selling, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Exception: For hygiene reasons, tights can only be returned if they have not been worn, tried on or unpacked .

Items must be returned:

  • in their original state
  • unworn, unwashed
  • in their intact and sealed packaging

Please include your order number or confirmation email so we can identify the purchase.

Any product that does not meet these conditions cannot be refunded.

In case of defective item, please contact our customer service before any return.

How do I proceed for an exchange or refund?

We do not do exchanges.
If a product does not suit you, you can return it according to the conditions mentioned above. Once the return is accepted, simply place a new order for the desired model.

What is the reimbursement period?

After receipt and verification of the return, the refund is generally made within 2 to 4 weeks.
Initial delivery charges are not refunded.

Do you offer payment in installments?

Yes, installment payment is offered by PayPal, depending on your eligibility.

Size guide

Are our tights really one size fits all?

Yes, all our current styles are available in one size. Thanks to their stretchy material (mesh), they comfortably fit all body types, generally ranging from 34 to 42.

Will you be offering other sizes in the future?

We are actively working on new cuts and sizes to suit all body types.

Assistance & After-Sales Service

What if my item is defective?

If you notice a defect in your item upon receipt, please contact our customer service as soon as possible, specifying your order number and attaching a photo of the product concerned.
A solution will be offered to you quickly (refund or replacement depending on the case).
